INFRARED TEMPERATURE CONTROL SOLUTIONS These industrial control panels are designed to work seamlessly with our hi-temperature solutions infrared banks. A primary goal of the IR Solutions program is to simplify the process of selecting industrial heating equipment. With this in mind, our engineering team has designed these control panels to easily match them with infrared banks., and provide a safe and efficient system for your application. Each control solution panel enclosure is a compact 30” x 30” wall mounted unit. The enclosure can be mounted on the side of the support frame of the infrared bank or can be mounted remotely if needed. These Fostoria standard panels give you the opportunity to choose the control method that works best for your application. There are two control methods available: Manual Control or Temperature Control. Each control method can be combined with a cycle timer for additional controls. All of our control panels are ETL Listed and are manufactured to NEC industrial standards. |

ADVANCED PART TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM
Our advanced control panel system allows for the precise heating of product when using Infrared Solutions heat banks. The first step is to teach the control system to identify the best temperature control parameters to heat the product. Begin by placing your product underneath the infrared temperature sensor located in the center of the infrared bank. You will then need to follow the instructions located on the backside of the control panel door, that explains how to auto-tune the temperature controller. When you have successfully completed the auto-tune function, it’s time to start processing parts! Processing parts is as simple as placing the item underneath the sensor, selecting the desired temperature and pressing the start button. At this point, the equipment will begin heating the product. If you have selected a cycle timer with your control package, the timer will start once the product reaches temperature. After the time cycle has completed, the heating process will end and the operator can remove the part.
Please be aware that the part has been heated to a higher temperature and protective gear, such as oven gloves, may be needed.

This optional package has been designed for easy installation with our infrared solutions heat bank and controls. FOSTORIA REMOTE OPERATOR STATION:
Fostoria customers frequently request a remote operator station that can be combined with all of our Infrared Temperature Control Solution units. Typically, our infrared units are utilized in high temperature environments. Because our control panels are not designed or recommended for these types of locations, our customers have seen a need for a remote station. This compact two-button system allows the operator to start and stop the heat process when closer to the work area. The start button is illuminated to indicate when the heating process is ON and will de-energize to indicate the heating process has been completed. The same operation/controls are included with our IR temperature control panel system. Note: Remote operator stations can be added in the future if needed. |
