INDUSTRIAL BATCH OVENS - FACTORY ASSEMBLED, TESTED & SHIPPED

A Batch Oven is a type of industrial convection oven that does exactly what its name implies. Batch ovens are enclosed-systems that are used to process one product at a time, smaller groups, or 'batches'. These ovens can accommodate large or unusually shaped parts, and various load sizes that would typically not fit on a conveyor system. Because of their design, batch ovens are ideal for applications that require isolating the product for control or to prevent contamination.

Fostoria provides completely assembled and factory tested ovens, shipped assembled to the customer and ready for operation once the utilities are connected. ​Both standard and custom batch oven options are available.

STANDARD FEATURES

• Operating temperatures up to 425°F. 
• Double doors at one end. Second set of doors available for pass through or for walk-in from both ends.
• Burner chamber is located at the rear of oven
• Service voltage: 208 Volt single or three phase; 230V single or three phase; 460V three phase.
• Complete assembly, safety, maintenance and operation instructions - written and in video.
• Unique modular 5” thick insulated panel construction.
• Panels easily snap and lock in place for solid construction, air tightness and high efficiency.
• Proven and reliable heat and air-flow design with energy efficient direct fire burners.

The maximum size ranges (inside working dimensions) are: 4 to 6 feet wide, 4 to 6 feet high, and 5 to 12-1/2 feet long.

Ovens can be gas or propane fired, or totally electric.
